If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us within 30 days from purchase date (but it must be unused and in the original packaging), and we'll refund or replace it.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations prior to despatch of goods.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise therefore that proof of postage should be obtained when returning any part of your order.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
